Since their migration to Microsoft Office gahan.ie have noticed a significant reduction in IT costs which went down by 70% in the first month and 85% in the second month.

According to Paddy Gahan the benefits of using MS 365 are not limited to financial savings only: ‘In addition, there are huge savings in being able to access all our files and information anywhere anytime 24/7. Effectively, we can now run our accountancy practice on our laptops. I now host a number of Lync calls online which has saved me travelling to and from face to face meetings especially when working remotely’

Greater flexibility in terms of work location and data sharing across different devices is one of many benefits of moving towards cloud based services. Some other include increased productivity as less time is spend travelling, no standing account fee and many more.
